  1. Visual Test:
Taking all products to process with the visual test, Shape of product shall be uniform and smooth. Shed shall be consisting of large shed and small shed. About defect of the shed and housing which include the dro edgum, the impurity, the convex, the rod defect and the end fitting, all shall be comply with the standard. The end fittings shall be compression connector and the tin coating shall be uniform, no sharp edges, no pin hole. All test point comply with the standard, the product is qualified.

Random Select our 3 samples, number as 1~3. (The dimensions refer to product drawing)
