SMC，BMC and DMC Molded Parts
SMC (Sheet Molding Compound), BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) and DMC (Dough Molding Compound) are made of chemical sticky unsaturated polyester, fillings and glass fiber reinforced material. It can be solidify as requested products in moulds under heating and pressing. With the different & kinds of batch formula (dispensation) for the SMC, BMC and DMC raw material, kinds of SMC, DMC and BMC molded parts can be manufactured with the types of moulds following the customers’ requirement. The SMC, BMC or DMC molded parts that we manufacture have excellent electrical and mechanical prosperities. The material is arc resistant and flame retard, heat resistance is F grade. These parts are used as good electrical insulating structural products.
The SMC, BMC & DMC molded parts that we supply could be from 1.0g to 100kg, the molded part’s dimension can be reach 1000mm length; 1000mm width and 700mm height with different shape.
